Ashwagandha:

  • Starting dose: 1 capsule daily and adjust as needed based on stress level (1-10; 10-most stressed)
  • Stress level:
    • 1-2: 1 capsule daily
    • 3-5: 2 capsules daily
    • 6-7: 3 capsules daily
    • 8-10: 4 capsules daily

L-Theanine

Take 2 at onset of anxiety, feelings of being overwhelmed, irritability, stress, or difficulty sleeping (take 30-minutes before bed) as needed
